After graduating from highschool, Christopher Lloyd worked as an apprentice in New York and Massescheussetts at summer theatres. He took acting classes in New York in 1957 and made his theatre debut in 1961. He then made his Broadway debut in Red, White and Maddox in 1969, which helped with making his on-screen debut through the roles he played in A Midsummer Night’s dream, and Kaspar in 1973. He also won the Obie award for his performance in the film, Kaspar in 1973.
